Regarding Products Marked as 'Back Order Only'

These are products that aren't on-hand and must be ordered straight from the manufacturer. They tend to have longer lead times.

Delivery

Delivery: 7 - 10 Business days.
Free Delivery is only available to main centers.

Collection
We offer the option to collect for all JHB & PTA based customers who would rather not wait for delivery. Selecting the collection option is free and you will not be charged a delivery fee. Once we have received your order and confirmed stock availability, you will be contacted with a date and time that you can collect.
Payment
​
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the Supplier´s website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time. Payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate the contract immediately.
There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
Payments shall be made by you without any deduction whatsoever unless you have a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Supplier to you.
